Tom Hodges, President, joined The Hodges Company in Dallas after graduating from SMU and later became President and Co-Owner of the company in 1977. In 1985, Tom founded Hodges Southwest, Inc. and moved the headquarters to Houston Texas.

Immediately prior to joining HSW, Ken was the Regional Sales Manager, for the Eastern half of U.S., for Rectorseal Corporation of Houston, Texas. Prior to Rectorseal, he was with FUSECO covering Texas & Louisiana and the Jim Edwards Company covering Austin/San Antonio and Houston Markets.

Ray came from Brenner Sales where he was Vice President and had worked the Houston area for approximately 20 years. Ray has a strong distributor and contractor following. Ray calls on acounts in the Houston and Valley territories.

Scott joined HSW from FPE/Tanco, Houston Division, 18 years ago, where he was Inside Sales Manager. Scott started in the Inside Sales department before moving into Outside Sales. In addition to his sales responsibilities Scott is also our Marketing Manager.

Kathi Cole, Operations Manager, before joining HSW 20 years ago Kathi worked for American Insulated Wire. Kathi is responsible for all order processing, inventory control and sales service. Kathi oversees our inside sales department & warehouse operations.

Cindy is responsible for overseeing our MACS computer system, accounting, commissions, credit, payroll, HR and safety. Cindy was with The Dallas Cowboys Football organization in Irving, TX and also performed similar tasks for Kimball Hill Homes in Houston before joining HSW.
